First of all, log in to the client area with your email address and password.
After logging in, click on the Support menu. Here you will see your existing tickets.
To open a new ticket, click the Open Ticket button in the top right corner.
Write a title for your ticket. Select your project.
Select the service you purchased and write details about your request.
Attach files related to the topic you want support for.
Review the topic you want support for and click the Save button.
After opening your request, our expert team will review it and respond to you within 1 to 12 hours.
